Rent ready standards refers to the state of your home prior to being leased by Envious Properties. Tenants appreciate a home that is well kept in good condition.
In order for your home to be consider rent ready it must have:
New or newly cleaned and deodorized carpets
New or clean appliances that function as intended
Deep cleaned
