FAQ(s) :

  • Can I pay my rent online?

    Yes! Envious properties prefers online rent payments via our online portal. Alternatively, you may mail your payments in as long as it is post marked by the due date.

  • What are application requirements?

    Applicants should be prepared to provide three (3) recent pay stubs or previous year W2, background check, and rental history for last 2 years.

  • Are utilities included?

    No, utilities will be the responsibility of the tenant. After signing the lease, you will have three (3) business days to register utilities in your name. After three (3) days, the owners will turn off utilities. Any fees inquired by the failure to transfer utilities will be passed to the tenant.

  • Do I have the right to terminate my lease early?

    Yes, full details can be found in your lease. In general, If you want to terminate your lease early we require: (1) Written 60 day notice of intent to terminate lease; (2) Two months rent payment; (3) Forfeiture of security deposit; (4) Pay early termination fee of 100$. The military clause does apply to military families. Please provide copy of PCS orders for Envious Properties to honor the clause.

  • How long should I expect my maintaince requests to be completed?

    Our property manager will contact you within two (2) business days to schedule a time to fix your maintenance concern. The vast majority of maintenance requests are completed within three (3) business days of your submission, however this is dependent upon the nature of request and scope of work to be completed.
